Laity Lodge Family Camp is looking to hire energetic, hardworking 16-25 year old guys and girls this camping season!
Plan on arriving by 4 p.m. on the first day (usually Friday) and stay until around noon on the last day (usually Sunday). Exceptions may be granted if discussed in advanced. Applying with your availability doesn’t guarantee you’ll be placed on the staff roster for that retreat. Note that if you’re new to LLFC or haven’t worked at LLFC/LLYC in the past twelves months, you will be required to complete onboarding documents prior to reporting to work.

Summer Crew
If you are currently a high school junior (will be a senior after the summer), please click the link below to create a staff account and complete the 2025 LLYC & LLFC Crew Application. You will have the opportunity to rate your camp preference within the application. Headwaters is LLFC’s campsite, serving campers of all ages. LLYC has two campsites; Echo Valley serves campers grades 6-10 & Singing Hills serves campers grades 2-5.
